Woman's Auxiliary Picture

Someone sent in this picture, trying to identify the Fond du Lac Auxiliary group and location. If you can help, please comment on the picture. Do you recognize anyone?   Thank you.

This is a Fond du Lac woman's auxiliary group, but whether it is a military auxiliary, or a labor union auxiliary (or any other group) is unknown.  The background does not look like any building that I am familiar with, so perhaps this is at a convention in another city, or a building in the city that was demolished long ago.

Bragg School Kindergarten pictures 1950-51? (undated)

More Bragg School pictures

[most children went to morning kindergarten at age 4, and the next year they attended afternoon kindergarten at age 5.  This is why many of these children are pictured in two separate years.
By age 6 they were ready for full-time first grade]

More Bragg Kindergarten pics 1948-49

Here is a collection of more kindergarten pictures, these from 1948-49.

This again appears to be Franklin school, not Bragg.

Bragg (and Franklin) Kindergarten 1947-48

We have a collection of various scrapbooks that have been donated to the Fond du Lac County Historical Society.  One of them caught my eye, because of where it was from, and who was in it.

The kindergarten teacher at Bragg School in Fond du Lac, put together a scrapbook of her activities as a teacher, and included the school pictures of her students.

The last two sheets appear to be from Franklin School, not Bragg, but for the same year, but all other pictures and articles in the scrapbook are for Bragg School.
