Woman's Auxiliary Picture

Someone sent in this picture, trying to identify the Fond du Lac Auxiliary group and location. If you can help, please comment on the picture. Do you recognize anyone?   Thank you.

This is a Fond du Lac woman's auxiliary group, but whether it is a military auxiliary, or a labor union auxiliary (or any other group) is unknown.  The background does not look like any building that I am familiar with, so perhaps this is at a convention in another city, or a building in the city that was demolished long ago.
